At what time can we check in / check out?

You can check in with us from 4 pm, check out latest at 11 am. We would like to know in advance what your possible arrival time is. Then we can ensure that we are ready to receive you. If you want to check in earlier or check out very early, please let us know in advance, so that we can look at the possibilities.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included for the B&O rooms. If you want to join us for breakfast when you stay in our gîte or mini-gaming, you must indicate this a day in advance, you can also place your order with us, and we will take the sandwiches to the bakery. The bakery is located in Saint-Gervais d'Auvergne, a 10-minute drive away.

How can you be reached?

You can reach us by car, just 20 minutes from the A89/A75 motorway. Our GPS coordinates: lat 46.022243 lon 2.896071. Please note, many navigation systems do not know our street, then you will be sent to the center. Google maps knows how to bring you to the right place. When you drive towards us from Manzat, at Chambon, before the bridge, turn right onto the D227A towards "Le Got". At the crossroads, turn left and go straight ahead until Villa Guillaumette.

Public transport: You can also come to us by plane, you will then fly to Clermont-Ferrand. It is recommended to rent a car. By train you can go to Riom/Châtelguyon. We can pick you up at the airport or station, we charge € 50.00 for this, for a maximum of 4 people. There is a bus stop in Lamontgie, it runs several times a week, we do not recommend this for daily use.

Can we easily park at your place?

The cars can be parked along the road, it is in a cul de sac so there is only destination traffic. The cars of the gamping guests can be parked on the camping site.

Is smoking allowed?

Our accommodations and public areas are non-smoking. If you want to smoke outside, we appreciate that you leave the place where you smoked tidy.

Are children welcome?

Yes, children are welcome with us. When there are several families with children, we hold a pancake afternoon once a week. We decide in consultation with the parents which day we organize the afternoon. Children can play in our forest, we have games and in the park in the village you can play in the source of 35 degrees.

Can I come with a large group?

If you want to come with a large group, for example with a group of friends to go team building, that is possible. You can then rent the entire complex. We have room for a total of 8 people, or 20, but then you have to bring your own tents. Ask us about the possibilities.

Are there shops and restaurants in the village?

You will find the bakery and supermarket and gas station just 10 minutes from our village. If you want to eat out, we have 2 restaurants in the village, furthermore there are several restaurants within 10, 15 and 20 minutes. If you want to go to a large supermarket, you will find it a 25-minute drive away in the village of Saint Eloy les Mines.

Can I eat in the room?

There is no possibility for the rooms to prepare their own food. Nevertheless, we understand if you have bought a salad or a sandwich in the store, for example. You can then eat it outside at one of the seats or in the common room.

What is the common space for?

Breakfast is served in the common room. You will also find information about the area, you can use the walking route maps (return after use). There is also a fridge with soft drinks, water, a Dolce Gusto, kettle, beer and wine. You can use this, you can pay directly in the wooden shoes, or if you have not passed on cash money that you have taken, it can be paid later. You can only pay with cash.
